Returns, Exchanges & Replacement Policy
 
 



Tek2000.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee on ALL its products (unless otherwise stated). If for any reason you are not satisfied with or received a defective product, you can request a return, exchange or replacement.

To initiate a return, exchange or replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of product delivery. To proceed, you will need an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA number, please email us the following information:

  • Order Number (e.g. Tek-123-0123456789);
  • A brief description of the problem;
  • A picture to support any claims of damage to the product if applicable;
  • Indicate whether you want a refund, replacement or exchange.

    The following terms and conditions govern our return, exchange and replacement policy. Please read it carefully.





    Policy

    1. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS are accepted after 30 days from the delivery date. The delivery date shall be that date shown on the carrier tracking system. If there is no confirmed delivery date available from the carrier tracking system or if the order was shipped without a tracking number, then there will be NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS after 45 days from the date of purchase.


    2. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS are accepted on certain items if explicitly stated on our website. Any such exceptions will be stated during the checkout process and appear on the product page for that particular item.


    3. In the case of a RETURN for a refund, original shipping fees are NOT refundable except if we shipped you the wrong product.


    4. If an item is damaged during transit or dead on arrival, we will REPLACE it at no cost and pay for the REPLACEMENT shipping fees. To qualify for a REPLACEMENT, you must send us pictures or other evidence by email so we can claim the damage with the carrier. We will only REPLACE items that were actually damaged and not the entire order.


    5. Minor scratches and slight paint chipping or other cosmetic wear and tear normally encountered during freight shipping does NOT qualify for a REPLACEMENT. To qualify for an REPLACEMENT, your order must suffer a serious dent, bending or tear that inhibits the performance of the product.


    6. You may EXCHANGE your product for another one of equal or lesser value as long as you incur the return and new shipping charges. To EXCHANGE a product for another of greater value, you must in addition to paying for the shipping charges, also pay the difference in price.


    7. You must obtain an RMA number from us before proceeding with a RETURN or EXCHANGE. You must return the item to the warehouse address we give you which may not necessarily be the same as the address on our website. Do not return anything until you have contacted us by email and we have confirmed that you can proceed with the return or exchange.


    8. All returned merchandise for REFUND or EXCHANGE must be in perfect and new condition and in the original packaging including all accessories. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way.


    9. RETURN shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.


    10. The customer is responsible for insuring and obtaining tracking information for items being RETURNED or EXCHANGED. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit to our warehouse.


    11. Merchandise being returned for a REFUND or EXCHANGE, but which is found damaged, will incur a handling fee commensurate with the damage. Do NOT return any damaged items to us for a REFUND or EXCHANGE unless we agree to the return.


    12. In the case of a REFUND, it will be in the form of your original payment (e.g. bank wire, credit card or Paypal refund). It may take up to 14 days for us to process a refund and it may not show up on your credit card until the following billing cyle.
