Shipping Destinations

The majority of our orders are shipped to the following two countries:

Outside of the USA and Canada higher shipping costs and longer transit times will apply, especially for large items like C-Band antennas. If you are located outside of the USA and Canada and would like to place an order, please feel free to contact us and we will give you a price quotation and delivery estimate for your region. In addition, we may request pre-payment by wire transfer for certain international orders.

All consumer antennas (6' - 13.5' in size) are shipped by UPS Ground Service in the USA and by Purolator Ground Service in Canada. All other items (non-antenna) are shipped using the same couriers with the option of upgrading to Priority Air for faster service. Heavier, commercial antennas CANNOT be shipped by courier and must go by Truck Freight (see below).

Our online checkout system will offer you the most economical shipping method with the option of upgrading to priority shipping if necessary. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and volume of your order, in addition to your destination. All courier orders include a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.

Estimated delivery times for different regions and courier services are summarized in the table below.

Our commercial antennas are shipped by Truck Freight only. These antennas are too heavy to safely ship by regular courier freight. Instead, they are strapped to a pallet and fork lifted onto a freight truck. At the delivery destination, the cargo is usually unloaded at a loading dock. If you do not have a loading dock, the cargo will be lowered to ground level in front of the delivery address.

Standard truck freight costs at least twice as much as courier freight and transit times are a bit longer. Truck freight orders also receive a tracking number and delivery times are summarized in the table below.

Orders shipped to the USA will NOT be subject to any tariffs or duties due to NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement). A NAFTA certificate is included with your order to ensure you don't pay any other taxes upon delivery.

Orders shipped to Canada are charged federal sales tax. Provincial sales tax is charged for orders shipped to Ontario, Canada. The taxes are automatically collected upon checkout and you do not pay anything further upon delivery.

Under rare circumstances, Tek2000.com reserves the right to have your order or parts of your order drop-shipped by a third party outside the USA or Canada. In such a scenario, you will be charged state or provincial sales tax and it will be collected upon delivery. In such circumstances, we will inform you prior to shipping your order.

International orders shipped outside of Canada and the USA are subject to taxes and tariffs. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these taxes.

Under no circumstance will Tek2000.com be held responsible for any taxes or tariffs. If a package is returned to us because of unpaid taxes, the order will be cancelled and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your account and shipping fees will not be returned.

Tek2000.com ships all products from warehouses in Toronto, Canada and Buffalo, USA.

Consumer antenna orders require 1-2 business days of handling time before shipping. Commercial antenna orders require at least 3 business days of handling time and possibly additional time to arrange for truck freight pickup. All other orders placed by 5pm EST time and that are in stock are shipped the following business day.

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your shipment is delayed, you will be subject to any clerical charges needed to correct the shipment. Shipments returned to us for any reason will be cancelled and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your account. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

If you need to cancel your order or change the shipping address, you must do so before the end of the business day (5pm EST). To cancel your order, please email us at sales@tek2000.com with subject line "Order Cancellation - Order #" where Order # is your Tek2000 order number.
